I want to read the bullet points on that chart.

This h ead band makes it look like the wearer has been shot through the head with an arrow when they have clearly not been.

The bow tie heightens the image of the person as formal, but not necessarily serious.

The checkered coat is present here to denote wackiness . The pat tern alone is considered obnoxious, which carries over to the wearer. However, it is of a formal cut and thus goes with the bow tie. It is a humorous juxtaposition on its own and complements the confused but uniform image of formal order being destroyed.

The fiddle is an inherently funny instrument, due to being a violin with formal trappings discarded . It is still formal enough to make the player look silly. The bow and fiddle are held in a position of casual menace . He is threatening that he will play it, but still has his hand in his pocket. His grin is one of manic glee.

The pants are loose-fit and a contrasting pattern to the coat. They illustrate the underlying chaos the man represents.

Conclusion: the Wacky Man is wacky enough to be unpredictable, will fill his comic target with dread, and is about to play an unwanted fiddle... or is he? Humor will arise as the target recoils from his wackiness and tries to find a tack to prevent him from being wacky.

Best thing is to redefine “kick” as a humorous professional term of art which (for the paraplegic or non-walking) can include swatting with flyswatters or similar knocking-off-balance japes and shenanigans.
